Conditions for gift vouchers
§1 General

(1) The following voucher conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of digital or physical gift vouchers purchased in our internet shop at www.purelei.com. The voucher conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

(2) Unless otherwise specified, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of PURELEI GmbH (PURELEI) shall apply in addition to the voucher conditions.

In particular, the customer is entitled to the right of revocation in accordance with the revocation instructions. In the event of timely revocation, the voucher credit will be refunded using the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction. A return or exchange after the expiry of the revocation period is no longer possible.

(3) In the event of loss, theft or loss of data after the purchase of the gift voucher, there is no claim against PURELEI for replacement or issuance of a new gift voucher. This risk is borne by the holder of the gift voucher.

§2 Purchase of the gift voucher

(1) The gift vouchers can be purchased in the internet shop at www.purelei.com. Physical gift vouchers are available with the following credits: € 25, € 50, € 75, € 100 and € 150; digital gift vouchers are available with the following credits: € 25, € 50, € 75, € 100, € 150, € 500. Notwithstanding the above, the amount cannot be freely chosen. A maximum of 5 gift vouchers per amount can be purchased per order.

(2) A discount code cannot be redeemed when purchasing a gift voucher.

(3) The physical gift voucher will be sent to the customer by post to the address given during the ordering process after the order has been placed. Delivery costs may be incurred for shipping. These are indicated in the price details in the PURELEI online shop. The digital gift voucher will be sent to the customer by e-mail after the order has been placed to the e-mail address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

§3 Redemption of the gift voucher

(1) Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the online shop at www.purelei.com and are valid for the entire range of products offered except for the Mahina Club. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of further gift vouchers.

(2) The voucher is redeemed by entering the voucher code in the "Discount code or voucher" field during the order process.

(3) There is no minimum order value. The voucher can be used until the credit is completely used up. The voucher is valid for three years from the date of order.

(4) Several gift vouchers can be redeemed for one order. To do this, enter the codes one after the other in the "Discount code or voucher" field. The gift vouchers can be combined with a discount code. The respective discount conditions apply to the redemption of the discount code.

(5) If the credit of the gift voucher is not sufficient for the order, the purchase can be completed with another payment method available according to the GTC.

(6) Subsequent redemption of the gift voucher on orders already placed is not possible.

(7) The redemption of the voucher takes place against goods. Cash payment of the voucher credit or transfer to another gift voucher is not possible. Likewise, no interest is paid on the voucher credit.

(8) In the case of an exclusive payment with voucher credit, in the event of a return of an item or the entire order, the corresponding amount will be refunded again in the form of a voucher. The customer will receive the amount in the form of a digital gift voucher after a successful return. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher continues to apply.

(9) If the order was paid for both with voucher credit and with another means of payment, a refund in the amount of the voucher credit used will be made in the form of a digital gift voucher if an item or the entire order is returned. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher will still apply. The amount paid with the other means of payment will be refunded to the corresponding means of payment used.
