Can I exchange the ring for a different size if it doesn't fit?
If your desired size is available, you can order the ring in our shop and send the unsuitable product back to us within 30 days.

Can I change the ring size after I placed an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot make any changes to your orders. However, our customer service can cancel individual jewelry pieces or the entire order for you as long as it has not been shipped yet.
