Delivery & Returns
When will the Mahina Club be shipped?
We ship the Mahina Club within 3-7 working days after it has been charged. The subscription amount is debited monthly on the 2nd of each month.
Please note that the first amount will be debited directly after the subscription has been taken out.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the Mahina Club has been shipped, as well as a tracking number.
Can I exchange or return the Mahina Club?
When registering for the first time, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and send the shipment back to us within 14 days.
After that, the Mahina Club is excluded from the right of exchange and return according to our terms and conditions, §6 "Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer", since the jewelry sets are limited and exclusively designed for the Mahina Club.
If your Mahina Club is defective, please contact our customer service.

What is the Mahina Club?
The Mahina Club is a monthly jewelry subscription: subscribers receive an exclusive package of selected PURELEI accessories every month.
You pay €25 per month and receive products worth at least €60. The package will be sent at the beginning of each month.
The Mahina Club membership must be cancelled before the 28th of the current month if you do not wish to receive any more products as part of the subscription the following month.
All you have to do is log in to our website under "Account" and cancel your subscription. You will then receive a confirmation via email and your payment will automatically be stopped.
If you do not cancel your subscription, it will continue as usual, and you will continue to receive jewelry the following month.
Payment methods are PayPal and credit card. Vouchers cannot be redeemed. -
When will the Mahina Club be sent out?
Your Mahina Club Box will be shipped to you approx. 7 days after the payment has been made. The monthly payment is always debited on the 2nd of each month. Please note that the first amount is debited directly after the subscription has been concluded.
As soon as the Mahina Club has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and a tracking number.

Can I cancel a monthly delivery?
Please note that once you have received the first delivery and the cancellation period of 14 days has expired, it is not possible anymore to make use of your right of withdrawal. In this case, the subscription must either be cancelled or paused.
