Mahina Club can only be paid for with PayPal or credit card. Vouchers can't be redeemed.

The monthly payment is always debited on the 2nd of each month. Please note that the first amount will be debited directly as soon as the subscription is purchased.

Please note: If you want to change your payment method, you must first cancel your subscription. You can then subscribe again with your new payment method.

Your Mahina Club Box will be shipped to you approx. 3-7 days after the payment has been made. 

As soon as the Mahina Club is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. 

The Mahina Club is limited and designed exclusively for our subscribers, therefore it is excluded from exchange. This is stated in the product description as well as in our general terms and conditions under §6 "Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer".

Of course, you can make use of your right of withdrawal after your new registration and return the products to us within 14 days. Please note that we will not cover the return costs.

If your Mahina Club is damaged, please contact our customer service.

You have the possibility to pause your subscription for one or multiple months. Please note that you can only pause the following month at a time. In order to skip a month, it must be done before the 28th of the current month. You can change this in the settings of your customer account, so the charge and the delivery for the next month will be canceled. When reactivating the subscription, please note that your subscription will not be activated in the current month, but only on the 2nd of the next month. In the month after this skipped month, the subscription will continue as usual.

Log in to your customer account and click on "Manage subscription". This will take you directly to your subscription and you can see the current status. If you want to change the color for the next month, you can do this monthly until the 27th of the current month for the next month. Please note that the color change is only possible as long as the Mahina Club in the desired color is still available.

After receiving your first delivery and the end of the revocation right period of 14 days, it is not possible to cancel this order.

If you choose to cancel your Mahina Club subscription, please do so by the 28th of the current month with effect for the following month. Log in to your customer account and cancel your subscription right there. This will stop future charges and deliveries.
